Stay Informed
Aside from getting involved in a local campaign, joining
the Angeles Chapter leadership and reading the Southern Sierran,
there are two main ways to stay informed of the Chapter’s environmental
activities.
The Conservation
Committee Newsletter is published monthly.
It is available electronically (free) or by in hard copy by the US Postal
Service ($20/year). The Newsletter contains articles, calendar items,
and resolution discussions for upcoming Committee meetings. (The pros
and cons of upcoming resolutions are deleted from the on line archives
of the Newsletter.) Click

The Angeles
Alerts Listserv is an electronic email listserv
that is low-volume and announce-only. Angeles Alerts contains information
on immediate actions to take, calendar items, and environmental news.
Whether you are a Sierra Club member or not, you can sign up to receive
Angeles Alerts.
